Slightly longer version: He is knowledgeable, with a great attitude, and he stays on-top of everything. He makes himself readily available: to work with your schedule. He does his research whenever you need information, and gets back to you in record time. He maintains a fun and approachable demeanor from start to finish for all involved. And MOST importantly, you can tell that he genuinely cares about helping people to the best of his ability. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a real-estate agent (and have done so already).

Jacob Baker took the time to understand what were were looking for in a home. Due to our requirements, our search did take some time but Jacob stuck with us whole-hearted the entire time. He was as responsive and attentive in the weeks leading up to our closing as he was at our first meeting. Jacob was always quick to respond to every question, often anticipating a concern and already having an answer.
